SunGard Energy Systems Customer Support works with each customer to establish a routine that will best address any needs and concerns during post implementation and beyond. Customers are familiarized with the Service Desk as a focal point for inquiries and issue resolution. The Help Desk is comprised of highly skilled industry, product and technical experts who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
 
To ensure every customer inquiry is addressed properly, each is tracked from the time contact is initiated until a jointly agreed resolution is reached.  It is the objective of Caminus Customer Support to ensure customers receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution to all concerns.
